Messages from the contact form are transmitted via the automation service Make (Celonis Inc., One World Trade Center, 87th Floor, New York, NY 10007, USA). Processing takes place in the service’s EU region. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement is in place with Make.
I delete your data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

MailerLite may use sub-processors outside the EU; in that case, transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A data processing agreement is in place with MailerLite. The emails may contain technical elements that show whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. This helps me improve the content. This analysis is also based on your consent and ends when you unsubscribe.
I store your data until you unsubscribe. After that, I may keep your email address on a block list to ensure you receive no further emails (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website contains simple links to LinkedIn and Instagram. No social media plugins are loaded. Only when you click a link are you taken to the respective provider, whose privacy policy then applies.
I run the Instagram accounts @hanna.ki.coaching (German), @hanna.ai.inpractice (English) and @hanna.aiwpraktyce (Polish). Instagram is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland). Instagram’s own processing of your data is governed by the Instagram Privacy Policy. I am jointly responsible with Meta for the analysis of page statistics (Insights) (Art. 26 GDPR); Meta has assumed primary responsibility for this (Page Controller Addendum).
If you comment a specific keyword under one of my posts (e.g. “PROFIT”) or send me a direct message, an automated service replies to you: I use Manychat (Manychat, Inc., USA; contact: privacy@manychat.com). On my behalf, Manychat sends you a reply to your comment and direct messages, e.g. with the link to my free guide.
Via the Instagram interface, Manychat receives your Instagram username, your display name, your profile picture, an internal user ID, your comment or messages, the time of the interaction, whether you follow my account and which buttons you tapped in the messages. Manychat does not collect an email address. You receive the free guide directly by direct message; you can voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter on my website (see section 7).
Processing takes place because you request the message yourself through your comment or message (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of my legitimate interest in answering enquiries on Instagram quickly and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you no longer wish to receive automated messages, simply send me a short direct message or an email to info@hwaihub.com.
Manychat processes the data on my behalf; a data processing agreement is in place with Manychat. Manychat, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so an adequacy decision of the EU Commission applies to the transfer to the USA (Art. 45 GDPR). More: Manychat Privacy Policy.
I store your contact data in Manychat as long as you interact with my account and delete it no later than twelve months after your last interaction, or immediately on request.
I use Microsoft Bookings (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland) for booking a free intro call. When you book, I process your name, email address, phone number and notes if provided, and the selected appointment in order to organise the call and send you a confirmation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Microsoft processes the data as a processor on the basis of the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum (DPA); where data reaches the USA, Microsoft Corporation is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I delete the booking data once it is no longer needed to hold and follow up on the call, unless statutory retention obligations apply. More: Microsoft Privacy Statement.
